I’m a mental health advocate and ambassador for Worth Living. I am passionate about spreading awareness about Mental Health and sharing any tips and tricks I have learned along the way.
I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Depression and I totally get how loud the negative voices can be in your head, especially when you are in a tough place and I want to help others know they are never alone.
I’ve gone through therapy and have tried different medications to help me cope. As of the last two years I have been using a more holistic approach.
I try to incorporate everything I learned from therapy into my life on a daily basis. I still struggle some days but sharing my mental health experiences has really been therapeutic for me and I hope just one person is able to relate or finds what I am posting helpful.
I want to be a safe place for those who are in the struggle or in recovery and I want to provide knowledge to help inspire others to end the stigma that is so commonly associated around the topic of mental health. Let’s talk!
